It’s an individual residential house Plot area of 1500sq.ft and built-up area of 4000sq.ft. It is designed in a contemporary style. Elevation designed with unsymmetrical pattern formed by HPL Sheet.
Ground floor with covered car park where 4cars can be parked. Entrance foyer with Ss gate for safety purpose and Budha placed in the face of the entrance which gives calmer feel when we enter. Black Karaza granite used for the staircase which has a book-match veins it will lead to the terrace. Staircase can be accessed till first floor for Visitor. Then first floor to terrace it is a triplex staircase, it accessed by family members.
Living room, dining and kitchen floor laid with Italian grey marble with book-match veins. Living room has a huge entrance teak wooden door with rose gold du paint finish in between, Made grand entry to the house.
Living room has huge fixed window of 12mm toughened glass it gives a wider view to the street. Fixed glass has a huge curtain with sheer which a cozy feeling to the space. Pooja unit is placed in Dining area. Pooja unit has beveled mirror shutter which is made in a way to face the entrance.
Bedrooms are design in contemporary style. Master bedroom in the 2nd floor, it has geometrical Bed back panel which is continued in the false ceiling.
Daughter bedroom went with dark colors, as she is fond of black color. This bedroom has a unique element which is bed back panel has the stone finished panel wall which is new in market.
Terrace went with black and white concept floor tile. And partial pan tile roof been laid and rest is open terrace with cast iron spiral staircase which leads to water tank.
