PROJECT – VILLA 633, ALLAINCE HUMMING GARDEN, KELAMBAKKAM

It’s an individual villa of 3000sq.ft with open garden around the villa. Villa has unique design went with old French concept elements and things been placed in a certain way that it moved on with design. Entire house with Grey and white combination. And landscape went with Zen Garden and made some contour levelling. Plant varieties include eugenia, bamboo, Christina, black Ficus, lawn and kitchen garden

Living room has a huge chandelier finished with powder coated golden finish. Chandelier is a central and attractive element to the entire house. Lighting tone proceeded with neutral COB & warm led strip cove light. To give a classy & Luxury outlook.  And made entire living, dining & kitchen to be seen in full length. Made space to be look bigger. 

Kitchen was entirely renovated, new counter introduced for the HOB. Where both sides can be utilized for cooking. A lot of elements in order to align with kitchen spice racks, which gives old French style. 

Guest bedroom went with full white concept. Curtains in light grey which will be contrast to the interiors. Master bedroom, Study and children bedroom combined and made a huge master suit. Children bedroom has given stretch ceiling, its give vast night sky view experience.   

Terrace floor converted to Gym & dance room made by Puff sheet which controls the room temperature with low costing compared to concrete structure and we can go with interior however we like.
