Plan Before Fit-Out

A workplace is more than a set of cabins and desks.

A useful office must support focused work, collaboration, visitors, leadership, staff needs and future change. PRARC defines these requirements before layouts, materials and execution decisions are finalised.

Workstations, cabins and shared areas are planned around the actual team and its daily movement.

Office Interior Questions

What should be resolved before an office fit-out begins?

What information should we share for an office brief?

Share the location, floor area, team size, required rooms, visitor needs, property stage and intended move-in date. Include how teams work together and any expected growth. This lets PRARC test capacity, circulation, services and the delivery sequence against the actual business requirement.

Can the fit-out be planned around a move-in date?

Yes. The intended move-in date is reviewed with the property stage, approval requirements, design decisions, procurement and execution scope. PRARC then develops a practical sequence and identifies the information or client decisions that must arrive on time to protect the agreed programme.

Can design and execution stay under one plan?

Yes. PRARC can carry the approved design into itemised costing, material decisions, procurement, site coordination and handover. This gives the business one clear reference for what is being built and one point through which progress, decisions and approved changes are coordinated.

Can the office express our brand without affecting function?

Yes. Brand expression is considered alongside workflow, comfort, acoustics, services, maintenance and long-term usability. The aim is not to apply graphics after planning; it is to make the visitor and employee experience feel consistent with the business while the office continues to work well.
